Responsible for the functional design, community operation planning and user growth strategy of the Prediction Market product.

• Plan, organize and execute online activities to increase user activity and retention based on market trends and user needs.

• Independently design and continuously optimize the user incentive system, including points, badges, reputation and community honor and other multi-dimensional incentive mechanism to Enhance user engagement.

• In-depth analysis of user behavior data and product operation data, develop product optimization strategies, and continuously improve product experience.

• Work closely with the team to coordinate with development, design, operation and marketing departments to ensure smooth product launch and continuous optimization and iteration. generation.

🎒Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in Internet social products, community operation or news media related products.

• Familiar with the operation mode of community-based products, and have in-depth understanding of online community operation and content dissemination.

• Rich experience in user incentive system design, able to plan and optimize user incentive strategy independently.

• Ability to plan and execute online activities, successful cases of user growth activities are preferred.

• Familiar with data analysis tools, good at identifying problems and opportunities from data, and quickly develop optimization plans.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit and self-drive, result-oriented.

🎁 Salary and Benefits

• Salary: 35K – 50K CNY * 12 (excluding year-end bonus and performance bonus)
